SkipToDate is operated by Davor Birus in the United States, with the business based in Delaware.

SkipToDate is currently preparing to launch in Da Nang, Vietnam. This website is used primarily to collect email addresses from people who want to be notified when SkipToDate becomes available.

Information we collect

At this stage, we collect only the information you choose to provide through the waitlist form:

• Email address

We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or non-essential tracking cookies.

How we use your information

We use your email address only to notify you when SkipToDate launches or when access becomes available for the community you joined.

Joining the waitlist does not subscribe you to an ongoing marketing newsletter. We currently expect to send one launch notification email.

How your information is stored and processed

Waitlist information is stored using Convex.

Emails may be sent using Mailgun and our own email infrastructure. These service providers may process your email address only as necessary to provide these services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep waitlist information until:

• the launch notification has been sent;
• you ask us to delete your information; or
• the information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

After that, we may delete or anonymize the information.

Your choices

You may request that your email address be removed from the SkipToDate waitlist at any time by contacting: privacy@skiptodate.com

Children

SkipToDate is intended only for people who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as SkipToDate develops, particularly when additional features, data collection, or services are introduced.

The current version will always be published on this website.
